MJTD Conducts Mental Wellbeing and Motivation Workshop for TSEZ Locators

On January 13, 2026, the Community Relations Department of MJTD successfully conducted the “Mental Wellbeing and Motivation Workshop 2026: Managing Workplace Stress, Building Strength, Renewing Energy” for TSEZ locators at the MJTD Multipurpose Hall. The one-day workshop was held from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM and was attended by 75 participants representing 31 locators, as well as MTSH, TPD, and MJTD.
The workshop was facilitated by Counselling Psychologist Dr May Zaw Naing and Senior Wellness Counsellor Nang Kyi Pyar Maw from Citta Consultancy, and was designed to help participants to understand wellbeing and its benefits, to recognize personal strengths and assets, to enhance motivation in personal and professional life and also to reduce stress and make mindful decisions.
The workshop successfully met its objectives and delivered meaningful outcomes as the participants experienced the awareness and knowledge on mental wellbeing by practical strategies, such as bracelet making and small group discussion, to help reduce stress and support more mindful decision-making.
Based on participant feedback, the workshop demonstrated a strong positive impact across all evaluation areas. Overall Satisfaction scored 4.23 out of 5, reflecting a high level of satisfaction, while Meeting Expectations and Training Usefulness received scores of 3.82 and 3.83 out of 5, respectively. Trainer Quality was rated 3.92 out of 5, and Training Organization achieved a score of 4.20 out of 5. Venue and Facilities received the highest rating at 4.41 out of 5. Overall, the feedback confirms that the training program was well received, professionally delivered, and effectively organized, with particular excellence noted in venue arrangements and the quality of refreshments, including lunch and coffee breaks.
Overall, the workshop reflects the TSEZ CSR Program’s strong commitment to promoting mental wellbeing and fostering a supportive and resilient workplace culture among its stakeholders. The positive feedback and active participation underscore the value of continuing such CSR initiatives to enhance motivation, stress management, and overall wellbeing within the TSEZ community.
